We are so grateful to have had Stephanie as our loan officer. She guided us through each step of the loan lifecycle process starting with the application, all the way to funding and close. She was always available to answer questions we had (of which there were many) and more so to ease any concerns we had about the process. We were buying a home in SoCal and regardless of the distance she easily developed a relationship with our realtor and collaborated with him on any and all aspects of loan and the sale. Stephanie did an excellent job processing our loan. We were under a tight timeline and our escrow needed to close within 18 days. She requested what she needed from us clearly and timely and explained thoroughly the process and responded quickly to questions that we had.
