After a disastrous beginning to my VA Refi process with another lender, I was referred to Matt to try and help me make sense of things, and from day one I felt safe and secure with him and his team. The VA requirements left me scattered and at times almost shattered, but Matt allowed me the room to scream and cry while keeping me on track through it all. He checked in constantly, even answering questions while on a much deserved vacation. Straight forward and to the point, Matt laid everything out from day one, and finished within dollars of his original figures when all was said and done. Matt was amazing! He made the process of buying our first home as smooth as possible. He was very informative and was happy to elaborate on any questions we had -- to the extent that he sent personalized videos to answer our questions and explain the loan details (which he always followed up on with a phone call). I never felt like he pushed us in a certain direction (for example, putting more/less down, towards more expensive properties, or toward certain loan programs). He just gave us all of the information, answered our questions and let us decide what was best for us. He was also very communicative with our realtor, so we didnt have to do any back and forth between them to work out the details. In the end, we got a great rate and were able to close in 21 days!
